Structural Repair 08

This is a series of photos of a structural repair performed in February of 2008. The homeowner contacted me about some settlement that was occurring in his basement. He had had settlement from 1 1/2 inches to three inches in the worst corner. I put him in touch with an engineer Marino Structural Solutions who came out and performed core samples of the sub soil. It was the engineers determination that the problem wall was built on fill and had to be removed, and rebuilt.

This project took 3 weeks complete and came in on schedule despite the cold weather.
